This is an update on Ernestine Shepherd the oldest female competitive bodybuilder, a distinction that has earned her a spot in  Guinness World Records and Ripley’s Believe it or Not. This 75 year old grandmother gets up at 3:00 am every morning to run 10 miles. She then works out in the gym for one hour and forty-five minutes, trains a senior class for an hour, and finally trains others for about two hours.
