Watch this motivating video of Stevie Zee a bodybuilder from Portland, Oregon with cerebral palsy. Stevie started bodybuilding 15 years ago because, as he said, “I didn’t know what to do with myself.” He trains hard and has a strict diet. He competed in his first show last year and he said it was a personal achievement. Apparently, the organizers of the show agreed because they presented him with an inspiration award that they called the “Steve Zee Award.”

Xiaose and the Cyclists The Epic Journey. This is a great tale of Xiaose a stray dog who has an epic journey across China with a group of cyclists. He travels 1700km (1,056 miles) across 10 mountains from Sichuan to Tibet to come in ahead of 300 cyclists in the race.
Boy with cerebral palsy inspires his classmates
The human spirit never ceases to amaze me! This video demonstrates the awesomeness of people in two ways. First is the heart and will of a boy with spastic cerebral palsy named Matt. It is field day and instead of opting to sit out of the race because it would be very difficult for him, he decides to run. The second is the spontaneous demonstration of kindness as his classmates drop everything they are doing and come to cheer him on. Read more
