Humane Society honors Georgia pit bull for heroism

The Humane Society of the Unites States has honored a pit bull from Lawrenceville, Georgia named Titan for saving the life of his owner twice in the past year, according to Fox 5 in Atlanta. The first time was last July when Gloria Benton had suffered an aneurysm and fractured her skull. Titan was running back and forth between the front door and the bedroom to alert Gail’s husband John that something was amiss. The second time Gloria had fractured her hip and Titan woke John up to alert him.
